How to Find Us

Our workshop is located in the heart of Richmond, just off Bridge Road. Street parking is available along Workshop Lane, and there is a public car park at the corner of Church Street.

If you are coming by public transport, the nearest tram stop is Stop 17 on Route 48/75. The workshop is a three-minute walk from there.

For customers who need to leave their vehicle with us, we offer complimentary drop-off service to locations within a 5 km radius of the workshop.

Do I need to book in advance?

For standard services, we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead to ensure availability. However, we do accept walk-ins for minor repairs and diagnostics when capacity permits.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, EFTPOS, and bank transfers. Payment plans may be available for larger repairs through our finance partners.

Do you work on all vehicle makes?

Yes, our technicians are trained to service most domestic and imported vehicles. This includes European, Japanese, Korean, and American manufacturers. Contact us if you have a specialist vehicle and we will advise on our capabilities.

What warranty do you provide?

All labour carries a 12-month warranty. Parts warranties vary by manufacturer but are typically between 12 and 24 months. We provide full documentation with every repair.
